1. Privacy Policy

Information CraftStock May Store

CraftStock may allow you to enter, save, or manage information such as:

• Inventory item names
• Categories
• Quantities
• Units of measurement
• Low-stock thresholds
• Material costs
• Supplier names
• SKU numbers
• Barcode values
• Product links
• Storage locations
• Project names
• Customer names
• Customer contact information
• Project notes
• Project material usage
• Receipt-related information
• Backup files
• Exported inventory files
• App settings and preferences

This information is used to provide the app’s main features, including inventory tracking, project tracking, low-stock reminders, reorder lists, receipt helper tools, barcode helper tools, exports, backups, and insights.

Local Data Storage

CraftStock is designed to keep most app data stored locally on your device unless you choose to export, back up, share, or send that data somewhere else.

If you create a backup file, export a CSV, share a file, send an email, or open a link, that action may move information outside the CraftStock app into another app, service, email provider, file storage provider, or sharing destination chosen by you.

You are responsible for protecting exported files, backup files, and any information you share outside the app.

Camera, Photos, Files, and Device Permissions

CraftStock may request access to certain device features only when needed for app features. These may include:

• Camera access for barcode scanning or receipt capture
• Photo or file access for selecting receipt images, importing backups, or saving/exporting files
• Storage or file picker access for backup and restore tools
• Notification permission for reminders or low-stock alerts, if supported on your device

CraftStock uses these permissions only to provide the feature you are trying to use.

Receipt OCR and Barcode Tools

CraftStock may include receipt OCR helper tools and barcode helper tools. These features may process receipt images or barcode information to help you enter inventory details faster.

OCR and barcode results may not always be perfect. You should review all extracted text, prices, quantities, SKUs, barcodes, and item details before saving or relying on them.

Advertising

Free users may see banner advertisements inside CraftStock.

CraftStock may use Google AdMob or similar advertising services to display ads. These services may collect or use device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location, app activity, diagnostics, or other data according to their own privacy policies and settings.

CraftStock does not sell your personal inventory or project data to advertisers.

CraftStock Pro users should not see banner ads while Pro access is active.

Purchases and Subscriptions

CraftStock Pro subscriptions are handled through Google Play Billing.

CraftStock does not directly collect or store your credit card number, bank details, or full payment information. Payment processing, subscription management, cancellations, renewals, and payment methods are handled by Google Play.

CraftStock may receive basic purchase status information from Google Play so the app can unlock Pro features.

Third-Party Services

CraftStock may use or interact with third-party services, including but not limited to:

• Google Play Billing
• Google AdMob
• Android system services
• Email apps
• File picker apps
• Sharing apps
• Browser apps
• Backup or storage apps selected by the user

When you use a third-party service, that service may collect and process information according to its own privacy policy.

Children’s Privacy

CraftStock is not intended for children under 13. Do not knowingly submit personal information from children under 13 through the app.

Data Deletion

Because CraftStock stores most data locally on your device, you can delete your data by:

• Deleting individual inventory items, projects, categories, or records inside the app
• Clearing app data from your device settings
• Uninstalling the app
• Deleting any backup or export files you created

If you shared, emailed, uploaded, or backed up data outside the app, you must delete that data from the destination where you saved or sent it.

Data Security

CraftStock is designed to help organize your information, but no app, device, or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for securing your device, backups, exported files, and any accounts or services you use to store CraftStock data.

2. Terms of Service

By using CraftStock, you agree to these Terms of Service.

App Purpose

CraftStock is a tool for makers, crafters, hobbyists, and small handmade businesses to help track inventory, materials, projects, categories, low-stock items, receipt information, exports, backups, and insights.

CraftStock is provided as an organizational tool. It is not professional accounting software, tax software, legal software, inventory audit software, or business compliance software.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all information entered into or generated by CraftStock, including:

• Inventory quantities
• Costs
• Low-stock thresholds
• Project totals
• Customer details
• Supplier details
• SKU or barcode values
• Receipt OCR results
• Exported files
• Backup files
• Insight calculations
• Reorder lists

You should verify important business, financial, tax, inventory, or customer information before relying on it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CraftStock for unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized purposes.

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, copy, resell, modify, abuse, disrupt, or interfere with the app, its services, billing systems, ads, or third-party integrations.

App Availability

CraftStock is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change, be added, be removed, or be updated over time.

Some features may depend on your device, operating system version, permissions, storage availability, Google Play services, internet connection, third-party services, or app store availability.

AppsByLogik does not guarantee that CraftStock will always be uninterrupted, error-free, fully compatible with every device, or available at all times.

3. CraftStock Pro Subscription Policy

CraftStock may offer optional Pro subscription plans.

Current CraftStock Pro pricing may include:

• Monthly plan: $2.99/month
• Yearly plan: $19.99/year

Pricing may vary by country, currency, taxes, app store rules, promotional offers, or future changes.

Pro Features

CraftStock Pro may include features such as:

• No banner ads
• Expanded inventory limits
• Expanded project limits
• Expanded custom category limits
• Advanced insights
• Export tools
• Barcode tools
• Premium workflow tools
• Cloud sync or backup features, if available
• Other premium features added over time

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Google Play. Google Play handles payment methods, renewals, cancellations, billing issues, and subscription management.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Google Play account settings.

Cancellations

Canceling a subscription stops future renewal charges. You may continue to have Pro access until the end of the current billing period, depending on Google Play’s rules.

Refunds

Refund requests are generally handled through Google Play according to Google Play’s refund policies. AppsByLogik does not directly process Google Play payment refunds inside the app.

Restore Subscription

CraftStock may include a restore subscription option. This attempts to check your Google Play purchase status and restore Pro access if an active subscription is found.

4. Advertising Policy

CraftStock free users may see ads.

Ads help support continued development of the app. Ads may be served by Google AdMob or other advertising services. These services may use device identifiers, advertising identifiers, diagnostics, approximate location, or app interaction data to display, measure, or improve ads.

CraftStock Pro users should not see banner ads while Pro access is active.

CraftStock does not sell your saved inventory, project, customer, supplier, or receipt data to advertisers.

5. Backup, Restore, and Export Policy

CraftStock may allow users to export inventory data, create local backups, restore backups, or share files.

You are responsible for:

• Saving backup files in a safe place
• Remembering where your backup files are stored
• Protecting exported files
• Reviewing exported data for accuracy
• Verifying restored data after import
• Avoiding accidental deletion or overwrite of important data

AppsByLogik cannot guarantee that every backup, restore, or export will be successful on every device, file manager, operating system, or storage provider.

If you delete the app without saving a backup, your locally stored CraftStock data may be lost.

6. Receipt OCR and Scanning Disclaimer

CraftStock may include receipt OCR, barcode scanning, or helper tools to make data entry easier.

These tools may produce incorrect, incomplete, or misread results. You should always review and correct any scanned or detected information before saving or using it.

AppsByLogik is not responsible for losses, incorrect inventory counts, incorrect project totals, incorrect tax records, incorrect supplier information, or business decisions caused by unverified scan results.

7. Business, Financial, and Inventory Disclaimer

CraftStock is an organizational and productivity tool.

CraftStock does not provide:

• Legal advice
• Tax advice
• Accounting advice
• Financial advice
• Business compliance advice
• Inventory auditing services
• Professional bookkeeping services

Any totals, insights, charts, inventory values, project costs, low-stock alerts, or reorder suggestions are estimates based on the information you enter.

You are responsible for verifying all important information before making purchases, quoting customers, filing taxes, reporting business income, managing inventory, or making financial decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, AppsByLogik is not responsible for:

• Lost data
• Incorrect inventory counts
• Incorrect project totals
• Missed low-stock alerts
• Export errors
• Backup or restore issues
• Billing issues handled by Google Play
• Ad-related issues
• Device compatibility issues
• Business losses
• Lost profits
• Customer disputes
• Tax, legal, accounting, or compliance problems
• User error
• Third-party service failures

By using CraftStock, you agree that you are responsible for reviewing your own data and making your own decisions.

9. Changes to These Policies

These policies may be updated from time to time. Updates may be posted on the AppsByLogik website or inside the app.

Continued use of CraftStock after updates means you accept the updated policies.
