This page explains how CraftPricer handles privacy, user data, Pro cloud backup accounts, account deletion, and data deletion requests.
1. What CraftPricer Does
CraftPricer helps makers, small businesses, Etsy sellers, 3D print shops, laser/CNC crafters, and custom job sellers calculate prices for products and jobs.
The app may help calculate materials, labor, machine costs, electricity, fees, shipping, taxes, profit, saved jobs, quotes, exports, and related business pricing information.
2. Information You Enter Into the App
CraftPricer may let you enter information such as:
- Saved jobs and quote details
- Material names and costs
- Machine names and costs
- Seller or business profile information
- Optional company name, email, phone number, website, or logo for quote branding
- App settings and preferences
- Pricing defaults and calculator inputs
Most of this information is used to provide the app’s features and pricing calculations.
3. Pro Cloud Backup Account
CraftPricer may offer an optional Pro cloud backup feature.
If you choose to create an account for cloud backup, the app may collect and store:
- Your account email address
- Account authentication information handled by the sign-in provider
- Saved cloud backup data connected to your account
- App settings and backup/sync metadata
Cloud backup is optional and is used to help restore or sync your CraftPricer data across devices.
4. Purchases and Subscriptions
CraftPricer may offer optional Pro features through Google Play subscriptions.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Apps By Logik does not directly collect or store your full payment card information.
Google Play may provide subscription status or purchase-related information so the app can unlock Pro features.
5. Ads and Third-Party Services
The free version of CraftPricer may show ads.
CraftPricer may use Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and Google Play services. These services may collect or process data such as:
- Device or other identifiers
- App interactions
- Approximate location or IP-based information
- Diagnostics, crash logs, or performance data
- Advertising-related data
These third-party services process data according to their own policies and Google Play requirements.
6. How Data Is Used
Data may be used to:
- Provide app features
- Save and restore user data
- Generate pricing calculations and quotes
- Unlock Pro subscription features
- Improve app stability and performance
- Show ads in the free version
- Respond to support requests
- Meet legal, security, and policy requirements
7. Data Sharing
CraftPricer does not sell your personal information.
Data may be processed or shared with service providers only when needed for app functionality, such as:
- Google Play Billing for subscriptions
- Google Mobile Ads / AdMob for ads
- Cloud backup/sign-in providers, if you use cloud backup
- App store or platform services
- Legal or security purposes when required
8. Data Security
CraftPricer uses reasonable safeguards to protect user data.
Data transmitted through Google Play, ad services, sign-in services, and cloud services is encrypted in transit by those services.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
9. Account Deletion
If you created a CraftPricer account for Pro cloud backup and want your account deleted, you can request deletion by emailing:

Please include the email address used for your CraftPricer account.
When we receive your request, we will delete your CraftPricer account and associated cloud backup data connected to that account, where technically and legally possible.
This may include:
- Account profile information
- Cloud backup records
- Saved cloud jobs, materials, machines, settings, and sync data connected to your CraftPricer account
Some information may be retained if needed for:
- Security
- Fraud prevention
- Legal compliance
- Transaction records managed by Google Play
- Backup logs or system records that are automatically removed on a normal retention schedule
Deletion requests are typically completed within 30 days.
10. Data Deletion Without Deleting Account
You may also request deletion of some or all of your CraftPricer data without deleting your entire account.

11. Local Data on Your Device
Some CraftPricer data may be stored locally on your device.
You can remove local data by deleting app data through your device settings or uninstalling the app.
Deleting local app data from your device may not automatically delete cloud backup data if you created a cloud backup account. To delete cloud account data, send a deletion request using the instructions above.
12. Children’s Privacy
CraftPricer is intended for makers, small business owners, and general adult users. It is not directed to children.
