This page explains how CraftCommand handles privacy, data, subscriptions, terms of use, data deletion, and related policies. By using CraftCommand, you agree to the policies described on this page.

1. Privacy Policy

CraftCommand is a business organization app designed for makers, crafters, handmade sellers, and small business owners. The app helps users manage customers, orders, expenses, payments, reports, quotes, invoices, business information, and related records.

Information You May Enter Into the App

CraftCommand may allow you to enter, save, or manage information such as:

• Customer names
• Customer contact details, such as phone numbers, email addresses, or notes
• Order details
• Product or project descriptions
• Order pricing, payment status, balances, and due dates
• Business expenses
• Business profile details
• Quote and invoice details
• Images, design references, receipt photos, or attachments if you choose to add them
• Backup, export, and report files created by the app

This information is entered by you and is used to provide the features of the app.

Local Data Storage

CraftCommand is designed to store app data locally on your device unless a cloud sync, backup, or online feature is added or enabled in a future version. Local data may include customers, orders, expenses, business profile information, reports, invoices, quotes, settings, and attachments.

If you delete the app from your device, locally stored data may also be deleted unless you have created and saved a backup separately.

Backups, Exports, Quotes, Invoices, and Reports

CraftCommand may allow you to create backups, export data, generate reports, create quotes, or create invoices. These files may contain the business or customer information that you entered into the app.

You are responsible for deciding where to save, send, store, or share exported files, invoices, quotes, backups, and reports. Once you share or save those files outside the app, they may be handled by other apps, services, email providers, cloud storage providers, or recipients.

Information We Do Not Sell

AppsByLogik does not sell your personal information, customer information, order details, business records, or app data.

Analytics, Diagnostics, and Crash Data

CraftCommand may use app store tools, device tools, or third-party services to receive basic diagnostic information, crash reports, performance information, or usage-related data. This type of information helps improve app stability, fix errors, and understand app performance.

Diagnostic or crash data may include information such as device type, operating system version, app version, crash logs, performance data, and general usage events. This data is used to improve the app and troubleshoot issues.

Advertising

CraftCommand may include advertisements in free versions of the app. Ads may be provided by third-party advertising networks, such as Google AdMob or similar services.

Advertising providers may collect or process information such as device identifiers, ad interactions, approximate location, diagnostics, and usage information according to their own policies. Users may be able to limit personalized advertising through their device settings.

Subscriptions and Purchases

CraftCommand may offer paid features, subscriptions, or Pro upgrades. Purchases and subscriptions are processed through the app store, such as Google Play. AppsByLogik does not directly collect or store your full payment card information.

The app store may provide AppsByLogik with limited purchase-related information, such as purchase status, subscription status, product ID, transaction status, or related purchase verification data. This information may be used to unlock paid features and verify access.

Cloud Sync or Online Features

If CraftCommand adds optional cloud sync, account login, or online backup features in a future version, additional data may be stored or processed through cloud services. Any such features will be used to provide syncing, backup, account access, or related functionality.

Users should review any updated policy if cloud features are added or enabled.

Children's Privacy

CraftCommand is not intended for children under 13 years of age. The app is designed for small business owners, makers, crafters, and users managing business-related information. AppsByLogik does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Third-Party Services

CraftCommand may use third-party services for app distribution, payments, advertising, analytics, crash reporting, file sharing, or other app functionality. These third-party services may include, but are not limited to:

• Google Play
• Google Play Billing
• Google AdMob, if ads are enabled
• Firebase or similar services, if cloud sync, analytics, crash reporting, or login features are added
• Device file picker, sharing, storage, or email apps selected by the user

These services may collect and process information according to their own privacy policies.

2. Data Use Policy

CraftCommand uses the information you enter to provide app features, including:

• Saving and displaying customer records
• Saving and displaying order records
• Tracking expenses, sales, profits, balances, and reports
• Generating quotes, invoices, exports, reports, and backups
• Showing order history for customers
• Displaying dashboard totals and business summaries
• Allowing app settings and preferences to work correctly
• Improving app performance and fixing bugs
• Verifying Pro access or subscription status when applicable

AppsByLogik does not use your customer records, business records, or order details for selling data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

3. Data Sharing Policy

CraftCommand does not sell your app data. However, data may be shared or processed in the following situations:

• When you choose to export, share, email, print, or save a quote, invoice, report, backup, or file
• When a third-party service is needed to provide app functionality
• When purchases or subscriptions are processed by the app store
• When crash reports, diagnostics, or analytics are used to improve the app
• When required by law, legal process, or valid government request
• To protect the rights, safety, or security of AppsByLogik, users, or others

4. Data Retention

Data stored locally on your device remains on your device until you delete it, reset the app, delete specific records, remove the app, clear app data, or otherwise remove the data.

If cloud features are added and enabled in the future, cloud data may remain stored until you delete it, request deletion, or close your account, subject to backup and legal retention requirements.

5. Data Deletion Policy

You may delete data from CraftCommand by deleting records inside the app, clearing app data, uninstalling the app, or deleting exported files from wherever you saved them.

If the app stores data only locally on your device, AppsByLogik may not have access to delete that local data for you. You are responsible for deleting local app data from your own device.

If future versions include account-based cloud storage, you may request deletion of cloud data by contacting: appsbylogik@gmail.com.

When requesting deletion, please include the app name, your account email if applicable, and a clear request for data deletion. Some information may be retained if required for legal, security, fraud prevention, app store purchase records, or legitimate business reasons.

6. Account Deletion Policy

If CraftCommand includes account login in a future version, you may request account deletion by contacting AppsByLogik at: appsbylogik@gmail.com.

Account deletion may remove your account profile and cloud-stored app data if cloud features are enabled. It may not remove files you exported, shared, emailed, printed, downloaded, or saved outside the app.

7. Terms of Use

By using CraftCommand, you agree to use the app responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to disrupt the app, reverse engineer the app, interfere with app security, or use the app in a way that violates laws or the rights of others.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter into the app, including customer details, prices, payments, taxes, expenses, invoices, quotes, reports, and business records.

CraftCommand is a business organization and record-keeping tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, or business advice. Reports, sales totals, profit estimates, tax estimates, balances, and other calculations are provided for convenience only.

You should verify all information and consult a qualified professional for tax, accounting, legal, financial, or business advice.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing all invoices, quotes, reports, exports, totals, customer records, expense records, and business records before relying on them or sending them to customers, tax professionals, or other third parties.

App Availability

AppsByLogik may update, modify, remove, or discontinue features at any time. The app may occasionally experience bugs, errors, interruptions, compatibility issues, or data-related issues.

8. Subscription Terms

CraftCommand may offer optional Pro features through a monthly subscription or other paid purchase option. Subscription pricing, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown through the app store at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions are managed by the app store, such as Google Play. Your subscription may renew automatically unless canceled according to the app store's rules. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.

AppsByLogik does not control app store billing systems, renewal timing, payment methods, failed payments, refunds, or cancellation rules. Refund requests are handled according to the app store's policies.

9. Refund Policy

Purchases and subscriptions made through Google Play or another app store are subject to that store's refund policies. AppsByLogik may not be able to directly issue refunds for purchases processed by the app store.

To request a refund, please use the refund process provided by the app store where you made the purchase.

10. Advertising Policy

Free versions of CraftCommand may display advertisements. Ads help support development and maintenance of the app. Paid or Pro versions may remove ads depending on the features offered at the time of purchase.

Third-party ad providers may show personalized or non-personalized ads depending on your device settings, consent options, location, and applicable laws.

11. Permissions Policy

CraftCommand may request certain device permissions depending on the features you use. These may include:

• Storage or file access for backups, exports, images, receipts, invoices, and reports
• Photo or media access for attaching images, design references, or receipt photos
• Notification permissions if reminders are added or enabled
• Internet access for website links, ads, purchases, cloud features, or online services

Permissions are used only to support app features. You can manage app permissions through your device settings.

12. Security

AppsByLogik takes reasonable steps to protect app data and improve app security. However, no app, device, storage method, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You are responsible for protecting your device, backups, exported files, invoices, quotes, reports, and any customer or business information you store or share.

13. Limitation of Liability

CraftCommand is provided as-is and as-available. AppsByLogik is not responsible for lost data, lost profits, business interruption, incorrect records, tax errors, calculation errors, customer disputes, device issues, app store issues, or damages resulting from use or inability to use the app.

You agree that you use CraftCommand at your own risk and are responsible for verifying all business, financial, customer, tax, invoice, quote, and report information.

14. Changes to This Policy

AppsByLogik may update this policy from time to time. Updates may be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of CraftCommand after changes means you accept the updated policy.
